What is the Radio Vault customer privacy policy?
Radio Vault is committed to protecting your privacy. The majority of the information we collect is used to continuously improve the content we provide our customers and to make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.

What information is collected when a customer joins the Radio Vault Subscription Service?
When you initially subscribe to our service, we ask for your email address, name, billing/shipping address, phone number and credit card information. We also ask you to choose a password. This information allows us to set-up an account for you, process your ongoing subscription service fees and make subsequent ordering quick and easy. This information is transmitted using secure server software and your data is encrypted to the highest standard currently available. Any third parties employed by Radio Vault to process your information are required to store your information with the strictest of confidence.

What information is collected on subsequent orders?
After you have subscribed to the Radio Vault Subscription Service you may login to the member's area of the RadioVault.com web site. By using cookie technology and other server log files, Radio Vault can recognize you on return visits. This may allow you to place items in your shopping cart that will still be there if you decide to acquire them during a subsequent visit. In addition, cookies allow us to keep track of your user preferences to make your user experience at our site more enjoyable.

What information is collected when a visitor or customer enters a contest?
From time to time Radio Vault may offer both visitors and subscribers the opportunity to participate in contest offerings. These contests are strictly voluntary. We ask for a variety of information that may include your name, address, age, gender, listening preferences, and email address. Occasionally, we make our list of customer postal addresses available to other companies offering products or services that may be of interest to you. However, we never share personal or demographic information. If you do not want to receive these offerings, please send us an e-mail instructing us to remove your email address and/or name and mailing address from lists provided to others. Send your request via e-mail to Customer Service here.

How can I opt out of Radio Vault promotional mailings?
Radio Vault customers and visitors who have previously chosen to receive promotional mailings can remove themselves from our mailing list by sending a promotional mailing opt-out request here. Additionally, the promotional email we send contains a link to "opt-out" of receiving these messages in the future.

What are cookies and how are they used on your site?
A cookie is a text file placed on a user’s hard drive by a web site. Radio Vault uses cookies primarily to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies allow us to keep track of your user preferences, the items you have placed in your shopping cart, and the pages you view on a web site and how often you remain on any given page. This allows Radio Vault to continuously improve your shopping experience and the content we offer you. The cookies we use do not contain any personally identifiable information. Aggregated statistics not linked to any individual may be shared with our marketing partners.

What is your policy on linking to other sites?
At various times, Radio Vault may contain links to other websites. Please be advised that although we have strict criteria for placing a link on our site, we are not responsible for the content or business practices of these sites and strongly recommend that you read the privacy policy on each site you visit.
